...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Curry

and west central Josephine Counties through 615 PM PDT...



At 526 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Spalding Pond Campground, or 13 miles north of Cave Junction, moving

west at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Briggs Creek Recreation Site and Spalding Pond Campground.
