...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT THE WESTERN CROCKETT COUNTY 

PANHANDLE THROUGH 415 PM CDT...



At 313 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong 

thunderstorms from western Upton County southwest into northeastern 

Pecos County, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern

Crockett County.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for

west central Texas.
