...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL CROCKETT COUNTY

THROUGH 300 PM CDT...



At 228 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9

miles southwest of The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 405, or 16

miles southeast of Sheffield, moving southwest at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central

Crockett County.
