SOTO...NORTHERN RED RIVER AND SOUTHWESTERN BIENVILLE PARISHES UNTIL 

830 AM CDT...



At 743 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong 

thunderstorms 7 miles south of Ringgold, or 27 miles south of 

Minden, moving southwest at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

  Ringgold, Martin, Hall Summit, Crichton, Loggy Bayou, Grand Bayou, 

  Carmel and Womack.
