At 656 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong 

thunderstorms 5 miles east of Mansfield, moving west at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

  Mansfield, South Mansfield, Grand Cane, Carmel, Kingston, Reeds 

  Store, Gloster and Kickapoo.
