...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL UNION COUNTY AND 

NORTHWESTERN UNION...NORTHEASTERN CLAIBORNE AND NORTHERN LINCOLN 

PARISHES UNTIL 10 PM CDT...



At 920 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 

miles northeast of Cooley, or 13 miles southeast of Junction City, 

moving southwest at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.



Locations impacted include...

  Junction City, Bernice, Cooley, Spearsville, Lillie, Taylorville, 

  Lockhart, Shiloh and Corney Lake.
