...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Kay County

through 445 PM CDT...



At 409 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds

from strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 4 miles north

of Hardy to 6 miles east of South Haven. Movement was south at 20

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Newkirk, Braman, Chilocco, Hardy, northern Kaw Lake, and Peckham.
