...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN PECOS COUNTY

THROUGH 130 PM CDT...



At 1242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20

miles east of Fort Stockton, moving northeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Bakersfield.



This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 277 and 310.
