...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL ECTOR...SOUTHEASTERN

ANDREWS AND EAST CENTRAL WINKLER COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM CDT...



At 801 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8

miles southwest of Goldsmith, or 19 miles west of Odessa, moving

northeast at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Odessa, Goldsmith, West Odessa, Notrees, Odessa Schlemeyer Field, and

Penwell.



This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 102 and 120.
