Independence, eastern Cleburne and northwestern White Counties

through 130 PM CDT

At 1255 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7

miles southwest of Concord, or 7 miles northeast of Heber Springs,

moving south at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.
