producing a landspout over Dimmitt, moving southeast at 5 mph.



HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds 

         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured 

         objects.
