VERNON PARISHES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...



At 747 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from Flatwoods to Glenmora. Movement was west at 25

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Glenmora, Hineston, Lacamp, Hutton, Clifton, Flatwoods, Otis, Elmer,

Leander, Sieper, Calcasieu, Simpson, Mcnary, and Union Hill.
