...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL RAPIDES PARISH THROUGH

745 PM CDT...



At 706 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Timber Trails, or near Alexandria International Airport, moving

southwest at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor 

         objects is possible.

Alexandria, Pineville, Boyce, Hineston, Alexandria International

Airport, Ball, Tioga, Timber Trails, Otis, Elmer, Kingsville, Sieper,

Kolin, Gardner, Paradise, Calcasieu, Woodworth, and Forest Hill.
