...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of west central Bandera,

eastern Kinney, Uvalde, south central Edwards and southern Real

Counties through 215 AM CDT...



At 127 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 14 miles northeast of Alamo Village to 7 miles

east of Brackettville to near Spofford. Movement was east at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Uvalde, Leakey, Spofford, Vanderpool, Camp Wood, Laguna, Blewett,

Barksdale, Tuff, Rio Frio, Concan, Uvalde Estates, Montell, Dabney,

Cline, Garner State Park, Anacacho, Reagan Wells, Lost Maples State

Natural Area, and Knippa.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead

to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.



A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for

south central Texas.
