...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL WALKER...NORTH CENTRAL

TUSCALOOSA AND SOUTHEASTERN FAYETTE COUNTIES THROUGH 515 AM CDT...



At 441 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7

miles northeast of Samantha, or 16 miles north of Northport, moving

north at 50 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Whitson, Goodsprings, Boley Springs, Windham Springs, Samantha, West

Corona, Jasper, Cedrum Area, Wiley, Holly Grove, The Wye, Bankhead

Lock And Dam, Tutwiler, Parrish, Oakman, Binion Creek Landing,

Gamble, Corona, Townley, and Cordova.
