...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL POTTER COUNTY

THROUGH 545 PM CDT...



At 515 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6

miles northeast of Bushland, or 6 miles west of Amarillo, moving

northeast at 5 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Amarillo and Bushland.



This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 57 and 66.
