...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN JACKSON AND

NORTHWESTERN BENNETT COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM MDT...



At 634 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4

miles east of Potato Creek, or 25 miles north of Martin, moving east

at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Hisle, Eagle Nest Butte, and Pine Ridge Reservation.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
