THROUGH 230 PM CDT...



At 138 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Minneapolis, moving southwest at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Minneapolis and Tescott.
