SOUTHEASTERN MILLER...NORTHEASTERN LACLEDE...PULASKI...SOUTHWESTERN

PHELPS AND SOUTHEASTERN CAMDEN COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM CDT...



At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong 

thunderstorms along a line extending from near Dixon to 9 miles 

southwest of Richland.

Movement was south at 20 mph with new development still occurring.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, St. Robert, Richland, Dixon, Crocker,

Iberia, Stoutland, Devil's Elbow, Laquey, Swedeborg, Ozark Springs,

and Jerome.



This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 138 and 169, and

between mile markers 171 and 174.

 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead

to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
