...A SNOW SQUALL WILL AFFECT PARTS OF MARTIN...FLOYD...PIKE...

JOHNSON...AND MAGOFFIN COUNTIES...



HAZARDS...A snow squall accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which

can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1215 AM EST, a snow squall was over

Patrick, or near Paintsville moving southeast at 25 MPH.



LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

Pikeville, Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Coal Run Village, Elkhorn City,

Martin, Allen, Huddy, Meta, Jamboree, Oaklawn Estates, Fishtrap Lake,

Fitz, Garden Village, Lancer, Aluba, Piso, Betsy Layne, Meally, and

Collista.



THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...

 U.S. Highway 23 in Floyd County between mile markers 1 and 21.

 U.S. Highway 23 in Johnson County between mile markers 0 and 9.

 U.S. Highway 23 in Pike County between mile markers 17 and 32.
