KNOTT...MAGOFFIN...AND LETCHER COUNTIES...



HAZARDS...A snow squall accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which

can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1059 PM EST, a snow squall was over

Mousie, or 7 miles northeast of Hindman moving southeast at 25 MPH.



LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

Hindman, Estill, Jenkins, Elkhorn City, Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon,

Pippa Passes, Wayland, Buck, Vail, Handshoe, Glo, Nealy, McDowell,

Ivis, Ivan, Adamson, Hunter, Bolyn, and Demo.
