...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Monroe,

east central Clay and central Owen Counties through 400 PM EDT...



At 336 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Spencer, or 22 miles northwest of Bloomington, moving southeast at 15

mph.



HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Spencer, Stinesville, Patricksburg, McCormicks Creek State Park, and

Bowling Green.
