HANCOCK...DELAWARE...RANDOLPH AND HENRY COUNTIES...



At 728 PM EST, an area of heavy snow was located near Fairmount,

moving southeast at 35 mph.



Locations impacted include...

Muncie, Anderson, New Castle, Elwood, Alexandria, Winchester,

Yorktown, Pendleton, Chesterfield, Albany, Edgewood, Frankton, Eaton,

Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Summitville, Spiceland, and

Gaston.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 69 between mile markers 222 and 251.

 Interstate 70 between mile markers 110 and 133.



Icy roads are possible as the snow melts on the roads then quickly

refreezes.



Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be

prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra

time when traveling.
