...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN JASPER...

NORTHWESTERN CLAY AND SOUTHWESTERN EFFINGHAM COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM

CDT...



At 1020 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Edgewood, or 16 miles southwest of Effingham, moving southeast at 40

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Flora, Louisville, Edgewood, Bible Grove, Iola, and Hord.



This includes Interstate 57 between mile markers 142 and 145.
