WISCONSIN...



Look for areas of fog, locally dense, across portions of central

and north-central Wisconsin this morning. Visibilities will drop

to less than one quarter of a mile at times.



Motorists should exercise caution during the morning commute, as

visibilities can change rapidly in a short distance. Make sure to

use the low beam setting on headlights.
