An area of fog that started around Wahpeton and Fergus Falls

earlier is moving north-northwest and expanding into Fargo-

Moorhead-West Fargo area and Valley City. As it moves in

visibility will drop to below one mile with localized pockets

of one quarter mile visibilities. Fog should burn off mid to late

morning.
