Near record warmth has led to low relative humidity today, with 

minimum values falling 15-25% in many areas. Meanwhile, southwest

winds are 10 to 20 MPH with gusts to near 25 MPH at times. Most 

surface fuels remain cured and dry and any fires that start may 

spread quickly. Burning is strongly discouraged.
