Near record warmth will lead to very low relative humidity today,

with minimum values falling to 15-20% this afternoon. Meanwhile,

winds will become southwesterly and increase to around 15 MPH with

gusts to near 25 MPH at times. Most surface fuels remain cured and

dry and any fires that start may spread quickly. Burning is

discouraged today.
