WHAT...Areas of localized dense fog with visibilities around or 

under a mile.



WHERE...Parts of northeast Iowa.



WHEN...Through mid-morning.



IMPACTS...Drivers should be alert for reduced visibility at times. 

With temperatures below freezing, some of this fog could cause 

slick or icy surfaces, especially on untreated roads, bridges, and

overpasses.
