...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...



Patchy fog has developed across portions of northeast South Dakota

and west central Minnesota this morning. Some of this fog is

locally dense with visibility down to around one-quarter mile at

times. Motorists traveling this morning should be prepared for 

rapidly changing visibility, while reducing speed, increasing 

following distance, and using low-beam lights. Some road surfaces

could be below freezing, so some slick spots will also be

possible.
