MITCHELL...COLQUITT...WESTERN TIFT AND SOUTHERN WORTH COUNTIES

THROUGH 1030 AM EDT...



At 956 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Camilla, moving northeast at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Funston, Minton, Scooterville, Anderson City, Parkerville, Lester,

Pritchetts, Crestwood, Greenough, Ticknor, Center Hill, Moultrie,

Laney, Gammage, Mitchell Co A/P, Baconton, Hinsonton, Alfords,

Sunsweet, and Bridgeboro.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
