WESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 PM EDT...



At 1151 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers near

Carrboro, or near Chapel Hill, moving northeast at 55 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Kittrell, Pittsboro, Lake Wheeler, Gillburg, Siler City, Harpers

Crossroads, Parkwood, Lake Benson, Wake Forest, and Knightdale.
