...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN DARE AND NORTHEASTERN

TYRRELL COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM EDT...



At 516 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 8 miles north of Newfoundland to near Alligator

to Frying Pan Landing. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.

Kill Devil Hills, Buffalo City, Roanoke Island Festival Park, Jockeys

Ridge State Park, Wright Brothers National Monument, Manns Harbor,

Colington, Nags Head Fishing Pier, Newfoundland, Manteo, Whalebone,

Avalon Pier, Frying Pan Landing, Southern Shores, Nags Head,

Alligator, Gum Neck, Wanchese, East Lake, and Outer Banks Fishing

Pier.
