...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL GREENVILLE...

NORTHERN ANDERSON...PICKENS AND NORTHEASTERN OCONEE COUNTIES THROUGH

645 PM EDT...



At 603 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9

miles west of Pickens, or near Keowee Toxaway State Park, moving

southeast at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Easley, Clemson, Pickens, Seneca, Greenville Downtown, West

Greenville, Welcome, Powdersville, Piedmont, and Central.
