...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Cherokee,

Lumpkin, White, Dawson, southeastern Gordon, Pickens and eastern

Bartow Counties through 400 PM EDT...



At 316 PM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line

extending from Anna Ruby Falls to Dawsonville to White, and moving

southeast at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Heavy rain.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially 

         in poor drainage areas.



Locations impacted include...

Canton, Cartersville, Dahlonega, Jasper, Cleveland, Dawsonville,

Emerson, Ball Ground, Nelson, White, Waleska, Helen, Unicoi State

Park, Dougherty, Fairmount, Robertstown, Folsom, Juno, Talmadge, and

Anna Ruby Falls.
