...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Cobb County

through 345 PM EDT...



At 308 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over White Water Park, or

over Marietta. This storm was nearly stationary.



HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to 

         ground lightning.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of 

         light, unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Marietta, Smyrna, Fair Oaks, White Water Park, Sandy Plains, Lost

Mountain Park, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Jim R Miller Park, and

Mableton.
