western Lincoln...east central Cumberland and Sagadahoc Counties...



At 644 AM EDT...An area of steady snow is moving off the Gulf of 

Maine along a line extending from near Augusta to near 

Georgetown...and moving northeast at 10 MPH.



Locations impacted include...

Dresden, Windsor, Harpswell, Whitefield, Bath, Pittston, Gardiner,

Hallowell, Chelsea, Boothbay, Bowdoin, Randolph, West Bath, Winthrop,

Georgetown, Westport, Augusta, Woolwich, Brunswick, and Alna.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 295 between mile markers 28 and 51.

 Interstate 95 between mile markers 91 and 121.



This also includes...

  Bailey Island and Orrs Island.

   * Snowfall accumulation of up to 1 inch is expected in this area 

of snow.



Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be 

prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Little, if any, snow is 

falling on either side of this narrow band. Slow down and allow 

extra time when traveling.
