...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ELK AND

NORTHWESTERN CLEARFIELD COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT...



At 206 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

DuBois, moving southeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Penfield, Force, Parker Dam State Park, Medix Run, S.B. Elliot State

Park, Kersey, Weedville, and Treasure Lake.
