THROUGH 615 PM EDT...



At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Bucyrus, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Mansfield, Bucyrus, Galion, Shelby, Ontario, Crestline, Plymouth, New

Washington, Chatfield, Lucas, Tiro, North Robinson, Sulpher Springs,

Shenandoah, and Olivesburg.
