...AREAS OF FOG AND PATCHY SLICK SPOTS UP TO DAWN...



Moist conditions will allow areas of patchy dense fog to persist 

early this morning. Be prepared for rapid fluctuations in 

visibility. Also, temperatures will drop to near freezing in the

higher elevations early this morning. Exposed wet surfaces, such 

as bridges, may contain patchy ice. Exercise caution if traveling 

early this morning.
