* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph 

  expected. Gusts as high as 60 mph possible through mountain passes 

  and near the foothills.



* WHERE...Apple and Lucerne Valleys and San Gorgonio Pass near 

  Banning.



* WHEN...From 8 AM to 9 PM PDT Monday.



* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 

  Blowing dust may reduce visibility at times.
