* WHERE...Coulee City, Tonasket, Omak, Ritzville, Wilbur, Highway 20 

  Wauconda Summit, Disautel Pass, Ephrata, Sherman Pass, Brewster, 

  Grand Coulee, Moses Lake, Oroville, Quincy, Republic, Waterville, 

  Harrington, Okanogan, Bridgeport, Nespelem, Boulder Creek Road, 

  Odessa, Mansfield, Creston, Badger Mountain Road, Inchelium, 

  Chesaw Road, Othello, and Wauconda.



* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly winds will increase this morning 

  across the Okanogan Highlands and portions of the Okanogan 

  Valley.  Winds may weaken for a short period of time in the 

  afternoon before increasing again with a cold front passage 

  between 3PM and 8PM.  The front will bring the potential for 

  isolated gusts up to 45 mph.
