* WHAT...In the mountains, West winds 25 to 45 mph with gusts to 75 

  mph, with locally higher gusts up to around 90 MPH above 5000 

  feet. In the valleys west winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 

  mph.



* WHERE...Stevens Pass, Stehekin, Plain, Leavenworth, and Holden 

  Village.



* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 

  Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially 

  for high profile vehicles.
