WEDNESDAY...



* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 30-32 degrees expected.



* WHERE...Cache Valley/Utah Portion and Western Uinta Basin.



* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Wednesday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
