  Southwest Bighorn Basin, Wind River Basin, Northeast Johnson 

  County, Southeast Bighorn Basin, Southeast Johnson County, Cody 

  Foothills, and North Bighorn Basin.



* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
