* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT 

  Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through 

  Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.
