  temperatures as low as 20 possible.



* WHERE...Central Yampa River Basin and Lower Yampa River Basin.



* WHEN...For the first Freeze Watch, from late tonight through 

  Wednesday morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from late 

  Wednesday night through Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.
