* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 expected.



* WHERE...Portions of panhandle, southwest, and west central 

  Nebraska.



* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/ Wednesday to 8 AM CDT /7 AM MDT/ 

  Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.
