* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory this morning, visibility of one 

  half mile or less within dense fog. For the Freeze Warning Tuesday 

  morning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected.



* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west 

  central Indiana.



* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this morning. 

  For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
