...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH 

THURSDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 possible.



* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest 

  and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska.



* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...Below freezing temperatures could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.



To prevent water pipes from freezing; insulate, drain or allow them 

to drip slowly.



Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.
